Sarah Rafferty

Sarah became bitten by the acting bug as she was in pre-school. When her drama teacher caught her walking across his lawn, in order to be late for training in field hockey, he told her to skip practice and take part in the production of Richard III and thus began her passion for acting. Sarah was captivated by acting seriously and chose to double major in English as well as theatre in Hamilton College. She studied abroad in Oxford as well as London in her senior years and received the title of magnacum laude. After Hamilton her graduation, she attended Yale Drama School. Sarah was encouraged to get educated about the arts by both her parents. The mother of her chairs the English Department of the Convent of the Sacred Heart Greenwich CT as well as her father's painting. The talent she had and the training acquired by her paid off. In addition, she has been a part of numerous TV programs, such as Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? Without A Trace CSI Miami, Bones as and feature films such as Four Single Fathers or Falling For Grace and professional stage productions like As You Like It and Gemini. Sarah is an active advocate for Alzheimer's Association since she began acting in TV. Sarah was the host of the annual Sardi's event for three consecutive years, and also spoke at the event that was held in conjunction with the association in March. Sarah lives on the east and west coasts, and has two daughters. She travels to Toronto regularly for jobs.
